The Clone – Sergels square, Stockholm

Vad betyder det att riskera livet för konsten eller för vetenskapen och vad betyder framsteg? Ett steg framåt, ett steg närmare målet eller avgrunden?

12 meters up in the air above The Sergels square, a tightrope walker starts his journey along the high-wire, along the narrow path of existence. As he travels along the thread of life, he creates an exact copy of himself, a copy that gets electrified and begets a life of its own.

”The Clone” was performed as part of The Stockholm Arts and Science Festival at 8.00 pm 20, 22, 24, 26, and 28 September 2002.
